Studies
I have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Product Design from the University of Utah. My unconventional program preaches process and understanding the overall why and humanized story around the design rather than designing for tradition, while still getting that industrial design skill set.
Work
Uniquely I was able to work for a User Experience firm in Salt Lake City for 2 years during school which gives me a very empathetic and user based approach to my designs. If it doesn't work for them, then it doesn't work for me. It also bridges that gap between digital and physical Interfaces.
Skills
I have a high proclivity to the arts. Specifically in physical modeling and form creation that stands the test of time. Sketching, 3D modeling, Prototyping, are all passions of mine, but when my designs can impress and connect with people in the physical world, thats magic.
